About Rob Feraru

Rob Feraru is a 16-year veteran of metastatic kidney cancer. Before cancer, he worked for seven years in the California State Senate, and then served for 18 years in senior management positions at the California Public Utilities Commission. He attended the Commonweal Cancer Help Program (CCHP) in October of 2005 and has been active in the CCHP community and Healing Circles since then.

Healing Circles

The Commonweal Cancer Help Program starts with the container. By this, Rob means the physical, mental/psychological, spiritual, and interpersonal environment in which CCHP happens. That container was the platform of his transformation.
